The 4 components of STOP:

- The STOP: they have to freeze
- The SPOT: Precisely where they were when they heard “STOP!”
- The HOLD: They have to remain there
- The END: Hold until they are released

Getting better at STOP

You can test and challenge the components of STOP.
Leave 3 components the same and then change one component.

Keep most of the lesson the same as they are used to and only challenge one component.
